How it follows codes and conventions of a typical Gig Magazine:

Original Images of the Venue - One way my magazine looks like a standard events based magazine is that the magazine has a original photo of a popular gig venue on the front cover and on the double page spread.

Interview with gig managers - It also meets the standards as the magazine contains a interview with the events manager of the venue which helps describe and explains things about the venue.

Bit of of history to do with the venue - The magazine also contains a bit of history to do with the gig venue, such as a little bit of what famous bands have played at the venue Alexandra Palace as well as a short history brief about it and how it came to be.
