"What is going to be on the double page spread"
Response - On the double page spread there will be a large image of a venue. Along with the image will be facts as well as statistics on the the venue. Possibly with all this, could be either a statement or interview or just quotes from either managers of the venue or artists that have played at the venue or even roadies that have been around the venue. This will be done to give the reader a good insight into the venue to feel like they can already imagine the venue well and clearly.
"Will it be all genres"
Response - The magazine will be for all the genres, this is so we don't have to stick to a limited amount of venues. This will also mean the magazine will have a larger target audience as there is no specific one genre that the magazine has to stick too, the magazine will have a large amount of venues, artists to choose from and talk about in the magazine.
"Why have you chosen red and black if its for all genres"
Response - I have chosen the red and black for the first edition as it will target the rock genre first and rock venues/artists. The two colours are recognisable to fans of the rock genre as these are the two popular colours used by rock genre magazines, therefore the magazine can quickly be recognised by the rock music target audience. The colours have also been selected for the logo as they stand out and will help the brand awareness of the magazine.
"What main demographic will you target"
Response - The main demographic for the magazine to target will be people aged between 18-25. This is a large age range due to the magazine being a mix of genres and therefore will have differing age groups genre fans so the magazine can't be set on one. The NRS social grade being targeted wll be B,C1,C2 and D. This is as they will be the most likely to attend gigs at the venues likely to be featured in the magazine.
"Are you going to have interviews from artists that have played there, or members of the public"
Response - Hopefully there will be interviews from Possibly artists that have played there or managers of the venues to give us good and strongly reliable facts and Statistics. As well as maybe members of the public that have attended an event there to give us an idea of the atmosphere inside the venue and ease of access etc.
"Do you think clubs or venues will admit to dealing in drugs illegally"
Response - Of course not, but we will look into the venues history not ask them, but members of the public that have been to the event to ask fi they saw anything suspicious at the venue. The drug issue may not be linked to the venues management directly but members of the public that go there often to deal. this is why asking members of the public that have gone there if they had noticed anything, obviously we will keep them anonymous for their own protection.
"Why did you choose wildlife charity's"
Response - Our magazine chose to donate to wildlife as researching into venues found, habitats and wildlife land are destroyed to make way for building sites for bigger and better venues. Therefore, I feel a responsibility as a magazine that advertises these venues to help in anyway possible and this is one way I believe we can try to help.

Updated Presentation M2: (U21)
Pitch Billy amended from Billy Olliver
What was changed and why?:
The slide for from, colour theme was changed to N/A, this was done as the colour of the magazine could change based on the theme of the edition of the magazine and there will be no set colour apart from the logo to maintain brand awareness.
The slide for finance, the price has been changed from £10 to £4, this was done as £10 is a lot of money for one copy of a magazine, this prize is £4 so there is also enough generated for the charity and to pay staff and for printing.
The donation has had a small explanation added to it, this was done so the client know why WWF was chosen as the charity, the donation amount was also explained so the cost of the magazine could also be understood.
The age group has been edited on the target audience slide, this is as it needed to be simplified for the client so the client could understand the target audience of the magazine and why. Otherwise the client could get confused about the magazines target audience. The target audience was selected based who was likely to read the magazine.
Colour theme - chaned to N/A - differ theme
ammended price too expensive and needs to be cheaper
donationtion and explan - 1.50 from every copy sold, quick why wwf
